Faction Change Bug? Can't see Ebon Blade quartermaster

Hello,

Just wondering if anybody has encountered this issue after a faction change and server transfer. I went to grab a shoulder enchant being exalted with knights of the ebon blade but the area is in it’s pre attune quest chain state even though I completed this many months ago on Horde.

Ebon Blade Faction resets, you need to do the intro quests again. Rep doesn’t reset though, so it’s about 10 minutes to get her up and running again.
