If I have the Zandalar Forever and Tides of Vengeance achievements completed on a horde character, and then faction change an Alliance character with exalted Proudmoore Admiralty rep to horde will I be able to unlock zandalari trolls? I read the FAQ and didn’t see anything specifically addressing this situation.
In order to have the Zandalari Trolls available as an allied race you must have met the requirements to unlock them and then completed the associated questline to bring them into the Horde.
If you only fulfill the requirement but haven’t yet done the quest line, you won’t have that race as an option yet.
