There are definitely people who play this game who can and do understand software deployment. However, it’s pretty unlikely that if you do, you’re complaining for an explanation about delayed maintenance.
I mean… isn’t it obvious that it’s been delayed? What explanation would satisfy you other than, “for reasons?”
