I’d rather have a game that works as intended instead of a game that breaks itself. If you’ve played Fallout 76 or New World, you’ll know what I mean. I’m okay with an extended maintenance if it means the game works.

Whatever time they need to do it is up to Blizzard and conducting it while they have a “scheduled” allotted time when they took the servers down is the ideal time to do it since NA players are not online while EU players can still be online playing despite the time difference and reset is tomorrow for them seems fair to me. Simple logic.
It’s actually hilarious how much ppl rage because of a company fixing their product for their customers. Weird how the real world works. 
Not sure what is going on behind the scenes. Typically 1 to 2 hours was all Blizz staff ever needed. I’m thinking that warband/account level things that effect multiple servers for EVERYONES accounts is probably a nightmare and creates all kinds of bugs. Instead of character /server specific nice and neat, everything is tied together now like a big bowl of spaghetti. Can’t be fun to work with. So yeah, I agree tell us it’s going to be five hours and if it’s up in 3, the player base will be less likely to angry spam here.
It is a multi billion a year company that released a pretty small expansion world filled with numerous bugs, the maintenance is always extended, and they are gatekeeping your progression to stall for the previous listed issues. I canceled my sub.
I don’t think anyone wants a game that doesn’t work. Everyone here is just annoying that they give no explanation, things are still broke despite the extended maintenances.

What does that have to do with anything about maintenance? Nothing. Word salad as usual.

The extensions do surprise me considering what content is exactly being added? And we can talk about bug fixes but a lot of the bugs are still in the game months later and should’ve been corrected. I work during the windows but I get why this is extremely annoying for some.

Brother there are people who play this game for a living that make more money than you can probably dream of having. Playing video games is a very real career these days oddly enough.
