Is the primary reason bans aren’t being handed out and or full rollbacks because so many big streamers abused what is clearly a bug? This was abused far worse than the Tol Bard honor bug on the bridge at the end of the battle. In the games history, the dev team has taken a pretty hardline stance against obvious abuse of bugs, why not now?
Irrespective of players who missed out and would still over time be able to ‘catch up’, it leaves players with a bad feeling. It causes people to not want to play. It creates resentment between the player base and the dev team.
this is how it is, wow been like that from years, abuses/rmt/exploits…etc if such things irritate you then quit playing this game, it’s pointless to fill your room with trash then cry about the smell, the moment you downloaded wow! u should be aware that it’s all about what i said above.
i remember blizzard banning for a xploit in early BFA with a chauldron around the world and phasing, now they are not banning in classic for this game changer xploit xtremely abused.
the anti RDF are now full pvp geared, nice, thats the true wotlk i think, just like a fun server.
What bug are you referring to? if you are referring to the Wintergrasp honor farm…that’s all it was. No bug.
You could queu in that window of time, and people figured out better to take a loss and requeu several times then drag one game out.
Also, if you insist on punishment anyway…the punishment for the super bleeding-edge levelers is that they get bored of the game. Take your time, enjoy the process. read the quests.
Yes, this was a bug. The game never allowed you to enter into a WG more than once every 3 hours. No other BG that has been on a timer has allowed you to queue faster than the timer. So please just stop with this nonsense. This bug was exploited and it would appear that because big streamers abused it, on stream, no real consequences for abuse.
It’s really weird that the WoW community is completely okay with players gaining an unfair advantage over each other but get upset at the use of LFD. Absolutely the oddest thing in this community.
If you weren’t one of the players capable of hitting max level and spam queing wintergrasp I can most definitely assure you that “unfair advantage” doesn’t really affect you anyway because you’d never play the game at a level where it would actually matter.
This is applicable to so many things and the people who need to get it will also be the people who don’t get it at all.
Mind you, I am not 80 nor do I really participate in PVP… but… people who have the drive to do something asap, are also the people who do content where it is necessary to have that attitude. If you aren’t doing that level of content… you don’t need to be “sweaty”. You are playing a different game.
