players in Everlook currently, and i have seen them also in Gadgetzan exploiting LOS or Mechanics of some sort. i walked in to use the Everlook bank and i got attacked by two Horde Mage’s and they killed me and not a single Guard attacked them.
i also see players get on top of the Arena in Gadgetzan and do the same thing, this is beyond frustrating for anyone that PAYS for a service only to be exploited by players that receive no consequences for their actions.
Right click, report for cheating, if you want them to experience consequences.
Agreed. Please use the right click report option to report those that may be exploiting the terrain. I can assure you, there are consequences, as many have found out.
You might want to have a second look over in the Classic General forums 
There are a couple of threads at least on the subject where players are definitely getting into trouble for terrain exploits.
the terrain exploits in neutral towns were there in vanilla too, one of the reasons i always avoided them. the goblin town in netherstorm too for that matter.
Just as a point of clarification, in Netherstorm flying mounts are available. So it is not likely to be considered a terrain exploit, since you are allowed to fly on top of buildings…and more importantly, others are allowed to fly to you and engage you.
The original poster is talking about Classic. Netherstorm is part of TBC.
First month or so of TBC very few had flying mounts yet.
