I need a simple basic explanation of Druid Solar vs Lunar Energy. Just made my first druid (lvl 14) but what the energy bar means to me is not obvious.
if you use enough of solar spells it goes lunar and makes your lunar spells do more damage till you do enough that makes you swap back to solar to make your solar spells do more its just a visual of the boomy rotation

tl;dr: spam Wrath until it glows blue, then spam Starfire until it glows yellow, then Wrath, then Starfire, then Wrath, then Starfire…

its basically a mechanic to force you to use different sets of spells depending on what power is currently running. You start in the middle and Wrath or Starfire will push the bar to either side. If you end up at the end of the bar you ll go into a solar/Lunar buff phase making specific spells a lot more powerful. Using those spells will decrease the bar and you lose the buff when you reach the middle again.

Yea when you’re in solar eclipse it changes moonfire to sunfire and your wrath does more damage. During Lunar eclipse your starfire does more damage and sunfire turns back into moonfire. It’s really quite simple, boring if you ask me.
