I am unable to find any expedition escorts (followers) near the dungeons in k’aresh like I can in the rest of Khaz Algar. Have not played in a few months and jumped back in and just don’t see the usual NPCs lurking around the entrences.
Are you talking about follower dungeons? I don’t think there is follower dungeons currently for the new Dungeon added in K’aresh.

There is, I’ve done it. Did it week 1.
You can queue for any follower dungeon via LFG. Just in the drop down where you usually you would select heroic or normal, instead just go to the follower dungeon portion. Select the dungeon of your choice and away you go.
