Expect more from Blizzard

Thus showing there is feedback that you don’t listen to.
If some one wants you to not make a system you want to make, you should listen to that?

And what, just scrap the whole expansion and go back to the drawing board?
Get out of here.
You do not know how to make the expansion better than they do, that I know for sure.

Even if they are only marginally capable, they are still the ones in charge and they are still the ones planning for the future.

All we are seeing is datamining and reacting to what they tell us.

They could listen to feedback Instead of scrapping everything. Such as seperating player powers from covenants.

I already did. See above.

This was never on the table.
Mostly because it is what people asked for without realizing it for the years leading up to Shadowlands.

Blizzard DID listen to feedback during PTR. That’s why the ghoul event was gutted and is as toothless as it is. The people who didn’t like it complained while those that enjoyed it said nothing.

Which shows they haven’t been listening to feedback.

Are we just going to keep saying the same thing over and over again?
Let’s at least stay on the topic of Death Rising.

We must use to different forums cause I saw plenty of people who liked the event posting.

It was toothless prenerf too.

There were plenty of us trying to suggest compromises between the “I hate it” and “I love it” players. Immunity for fresh Exile’s Reach arrivals (because you could literally get killed before your mount despawned, which then led to chain deaths and prevented completion of the city tour). Scaling for ghouls to put lowbies on an even playing field so they could have fun, too. More Argent presence and NPCs trying to hold safe havens for players who didn’t want to participate in the chaos.

It wasn’t just player complaints that got the event nerfed into the dirt, it was Blizzard lazily going with the easiest option to shut up the complaints, which was “nerf it.”

All this thread has really done for me is further prove that Blizz makes people MVP’s that have no business being MVP’S.

It’s pointless getting into a “your word vs mine” situation, but the fact that they opted to de-fang the event speaks for itself on this. You can choose to believe it’s a spontaneous decision blizzard made or that they gimped it due to complaints. Why else would they?

It should have been crazier yeah I agree.

I don’t think they did that because it was easy - but because at the time it made more sense given the volume of the complaints. Either way I don’t see that as failure to address feedback as some as saying - it’s the opposite.

Judging by the posts on this thread, I’m expecting more forum fights :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

No they definitely gimped it do to complaints. However,

Is just flat out not true .

Yes. There’s nothing else to say.

Meh, idc about it. I saw talk of covenants and jumped in, because those are an actual issue that blizz refuses to fix. On PTR deaths rising was lame as hell due to the ghouls being weaker than my already pretty weak hunter pets.

Someone’s gotta get chapped lips.

Conjure popcorn?

Conjure popcorn

I would but I think that’s Gallows job.

I actually think it got worse as someone who played almost all the expansion apart from the end because it got terribly bad with corruption and the unbalance it caused.

I’m now worried that Blizzard might lock this thread if things get any more heated and I’ll not get time to finish my popcorn :frowning:
