This has been going on for at least a year now. When is blizzard going to stop letting people use the stop exp exploit to ruin the 61-69 bracket. You’ll run into people with close to half a million HP as DPS specs with 370 gear.
Between this and letting lvl 70’s que up with ‘friends’ to sit at 20% higher stats than every other lvl 69. Its not shocking why not a single new WoW player would want to even bother with pvp if this is all they see in the brackets on the way up.

Scaling or templates need to be used in low level PvP.
The ilvls difference between what you can get at level x1 and x9 can be massive. You see 69s running around in 366 timewalking gear vs some casual 61 who is getting quest greens at like 250 and you can’t be surprised it’s a slaughter.
How about this, turn off pvp brackets below lvl 70 and take the 2-3 hours and level to 70 then gear for pvp. That way this forum can get back to the Premade EBG, Hunters, Blood DKs and Warriors are Fine post as the good lord intended. No one cares about the plight of leveling pvp brackets.
There should still be a low PVP Bracket.
Everyone gets the WoD templates applied. 10-69 bracket, everyone scaled to 69.
It won’t fix anything, but it would be hilarious, the template might fix, so gear is not an issue anymore.
Can I @Blizzard? This is a real problem that needs to be fixed. Logically, think about this exploit.
You will send several people who get off of exploiting xp buff and smashing new players in the game into seizures with such talk…
