Exp bar is missing

No.
I do not have EXP turned off. ---- only artifact bar is showing.
Where in WOW interface or place do I turn it back on?
This is stupid.

Do you have a red bar as well as the Heart of Azeroth bar?

Edit: Or a reputation bar?

THe only bar I do have that is showing is artifact bar.

Are you tracking a reputation OR Honor? If so, you will need to turn that off. For rep, click your character icon and choose the Reputation tab. Find the rep you are tracking and untick the box that says: Show As Experience Bar.

For Honor, click the group finder icon and choose the Player vs. Player tab. Right-click the red circle showing your Honor on the right side. Then choose to untick the Show As Experience Bar option.

You need to chill. They’re asking more questions so they can get more information in order to get to the How-To.

Have you given a UI reset a try at all?

GUI reset is not needed. it is not broken or bugged.
Just the choice of removing artifact tracking is not an option anywhere in any menu.

You would be surprised give a FULL UI reset a try a corrupted UI can cause a myriad of issues some as little as items not showing in a bag to no exp.

Currently, that is working as intended. You might be able to find an addon that can assist, though I haven’t personally looked myself so not sure.

Currently there are only 3 options and two bars that shows and one is always there:

Artifact Power - always shown for characters above 110
Honor or Rep tracking - optional
Experience - default if above not being tracked.

Check to see if there is a second bar and what is being tracked. Otherwise, you are using an addon that is customizing it as Blizzard changed those bars to be one unit that several addons also use.
