The bugs and damage nerfs that’s what’s wrong with outlaw.

been playing rogue since tbc, outlaw’s been using vanish on CD since literally the day it was added to restless blades which was like mid-legion i think

combat pre-legion was literally just press CDs, maintain revealing strike, spam SS and evis and that was the whole spec, bandit’s guile was not a mechanic you actually played around (it was actually a dps loss to try and game it so it wasn’t added complexity) and also you didn’t use rupture, blade flurry was just a toggle

bugs need to be fixed immediately, and i think outlaw could definitely use some more build variety (i wanna play wickers and pls bring back dreadblades, maybe combat insight too as a defensive) but i think it’s still fun and hectic and the spinning plates is WHY i like playing it now

?

What exactly were we using vanish for in legion?

when playing mantle for crit window, also artifact trait that guaranteed a saber slash proc after using ambush

?

So in the niche case you’d be using mantle over green skins and for an extremely minor damage boost?

Come on man

the fact that this optimization exists in the spec is a good thing dude lol, you could play multiple builds back then like signet or something and ignore vanishing altogether if you wanted to

that’s why outlaw needs more build variety but hopefully not in a form that guts vanish and restless blades interactions

Tbh I kinda forgot double legendaries were a thing.

Bruh I will never forget my raid lead telling me I had to go assass in tier 1 because it was more damage and i was already the top damage in my guild because I got spoon green skins on my first ever mythic
