I am only ignoring the non mythic raiding complainers. Which is literally the entire point of this statement.
You very rarely, if ever, see mythic raiders complaining about gear. They generally just dont care.
Wrong. My argument is that you shouldn’t get mythic raiding gear without doing mythic raiding. I don’t care if LFR, WQs, or whatever else is the source. Mythic raiding gear - whether earned through drops or tokens - should come from mythic raiding and nowhere else. Heroic raiding gear should come from heroic raiding and nowhere else. Etc.

OK, lets look at it from an in-game perspective. So Johnny non-raider can mythic gear with Mythic+ (as intended) and occasionally gets lady luck to give him some sweet titanforged by luck or whatever. How does this help them in game? They can do WQs faster, feel a bit cocky about wrecking a village of trolls or whatever. How does this impact YOUR gameplay? It doesn’t except possibly your e-peen really. Put that so-called mythic geared guy in a mythic raid and he is dead in 20 seconds because most raiding is about coordination just as much as it is about gear. OTOH if he is getting his gear running Mythic+10s he is getting the gear and honestly having to be as skilled as a raider. I personally feel running M+10s has improved my raiding skills.
So overall, what is the issue with Johnny running around in 415s? How is this changing your gaming experience?

It’s so ridiculously untrue. No mythic raider that I know does it for gear. Why the hell would you? The best way to get to a 400 i-level is simply to run Mythic pluses in the 375 gear you can easily acquire.

And I disagree that its all over this forum. Most people complaining about gear aren’t mythic raiders. And asm videos don’t mean anything.

If so, why the gatekeeping of spitting on people with equitable gear that do not raid?
People want to believe all mythic raiders are naturally the bad guy. They want to believe anyone that mythic raids lack a job, a family, lives in their mom’s basement, doesn’t pay their bills.
Doesn’t matter if its true. They want to believe it…so its close enough.

Nothing. Until Johnny tries to get into a raid or whatever, thinking that because he has the gear, he must have the skill, too. Then Johnny wastes everyone’s time. Sure, you can kick Johnny - and it’s over pretty quick - but how much time do you waste because of all the Johnny’s that accumulate over time? A lot, and it’s because they’ve been handed gear rather than earning it.

Show me where its at then. Back up your statement. I’ve looked. I didn’t see it. I want to see multiple sources. Since its allegedly all over this forums. I looked. There might be one person here or there, but the random rare person does not affirm your point.

He gets carried in mythic, his parses are bad for someone who no life plays this game.
So your argument is that he’s not enough of a mythic raider to qualify as a mythic raider who complains about gear?
Pretending to look does not qualify, nor did it any of the other times you tried.
Random and rare is fine, as mythic raiders are the smallest segment of the wow population by far.

Time is the one thing none of us are ever going to get more of. The vast majority of complaint over this game these days is the amount of time things take, and time gating, and so forth. I’d like to save as much as I can.
You are living in the past. Things don’t work that way anymore, furthermore, they already didn’t work that way last expansion.
