Just returned since being off after BFA, all of my transactions under account, all of my characters are missing- my friends list- everything, I have two possible emails, Ive check and its the same with both.. I’ve opened tickets to try character undelete with no real response, just a gm sent some troubleshooting questions that didnt help.
I dont have a wow1 vs wow 2 that i can see to switch between even.
Most likely it’s a completely different bnet account, do you recall a name and server of a character you played on?

That is on a totally different Battlenet, one that looks like it may have fallen into other hands very recently.
I’d submit a compromise ticket.

Its possible it was on my other email? that one started with good_ it was a hotmail one
It started with the same email this one has. It was changed, and changed again. That’s how you could create a new Battlenet using it.
I’m going to go ahead and ask that account be banned just to keep anyone else off of it while you get this sorted. You may very well need to send in a fresh- totally unused (Battlenet) email for the original account.

sorry for my ignorance but how would i do that? Im just relived you can still see that character somewhere- it wasnt on anything i could find.
Use the support link above. Mention the account has that character on it and you were told the email was changed.
Since you used the original email on this account, it would be very easy to get the two confused.
They may send you a set of questions to answer to help identify you as the proper account holder.
FWIW, doesn’t look like they’ve done anything with this besides play Diablo. That in itself is extremely odd, but I don’t think your WoW license has been molested.
