Everything in my account has vanished

The worst part is that it wasn’t just my character that disappeared—my entire account was practically reset. I no longer have access to my mounts or the items I purchased, and even my purchase history is missing.

Now I remember having Wow1 and Wow2 on the login screen, but now i can’t see it.

My char was a max lvl Blood Elf Hunter Káyrus and the server was Illidan US. I also had another max lvl char Blood Elf Death Knight Åurum, I’m not sure if this one was in Illidan or Azralon.

Are you certain you’re logging into the correct account?

I think this is in your other thread, but when you open up battle.net before you launch WOW, what do you see under Game Version?

Game version and account, I just managed to create an Wow2 account and I didn’t find anything as well.

One crazy thing is that yesterday i was able to see my char on Raider(.)io but now even there its gone.

Have you checked your account settings to see if there has been any changes on your account? Check devices logged into the account also.

As Delgan mentioned, check your recent login activity here on the website via Account Management page.

Also, do you see your characters listed on the Item Restoration page:

I checked but there’s no recent activities, even the purchases I made back at the time. And nothing on the item restoration page.

You have at least 3 accounts, Khronosx. The one you are currently posting on, and the @yahoo account which only has a couple of Starter WoW licenses on it (one made this week).

The third account, which is the one that houses the characters you referenced, is also a Gmail account with a similar name but let’s just say it is more WoW themed. Hopefully, that helps you to remember it.

OMG Big thanks!! I really appreciate your help! But I have no idea whats the gmail account, I can provide any information you need it, like the char names, I also have a Tauren Druid on this account, a Blood Elf Demon Hunter

The best I can tell you, Khronosx, is the gmail starts very much like this one, but has to do with WoW … 2 …

I cannot grant access to the account, for something like that you would need to put in a ticket. They may be able to update the email registered to the account, so you’d need to provide an email address that is currently not in use by any other Battle.net account.

Got it, I found it!! Thank you so much! Now, how can i merge these accounts?

I’m afraid you cannot. WoW licenses can no longer be moved between Battle.net accounts, nor can you transfer characters between Battle.net accounts.

Given the names listed on this account and that one, it couldn’t be done even when it was possible since the names are different. Sorry, Khronosx.

Got it, no problem! Since this new account is fresh I can just recreate stuff on my old one… Now, when i logged in I found that my chars names had a strange combination of numbers, like Káyrus0A4E9, would i need to buy a renaming?

You should be prompted to rename them when you go to log into them again. The names were released due to inactivity on the account. It is possible their original names might still be available. If not, just choose an appropriate name for them when you log in to the game.

Just for clarification… We try to release names from accounts that are no longer in use so we had an old system that would automatically flag any characters on accounts that haven’t been active in at least 2+ expansions. That would add extra characters to their name so the name could be used by others, and flag the character for a rename in case that person returned at some point.

The new system works a bit differently. It does something similar in that it still will potentially release a name if the account has been inactive for 2+ expansions but it doesn’t automatically flag for a rename now. Now, the name will be flagged only if another user goes to use the name.

So for your situation, if the name you had isn’t currently in use you can just select that name. Otherwise, if it was used you’ll need to select a new name.
