So it been a while since i order something from the gearstore (jaina statue when it came out) and i always get the physical collectores box (no idea where i got the shadowlands one anymore)
Anyway but does the new (i heard it was new?) eu store really only accept creditcard? that really not a payment option used very much over here in the NL and im very sure that not what i used last time cause i never owned or will own one.
and it seem the physical box is only trough the store now (again i dunno where i got the shadowlands one but it for sure was not with creditcard)

We don’t handle that directly, ourselves - any more. And yes, there is a new one.

hmm ok, can you tell me it is true it only available trough the gearstore? cause i gotten every pyhysical colectors box till now and always without a creditcard and most of the time trough other stores

well i NEVER owned a creditcard and i have the physical shadowlands box right here so either previously they went to stores or paypal/debitcard did get excepted, cause wth is the point of an EU store if you only take creditcard… esp since i been paying for over 15 years without it…
Maybe that was when Fanatics ran the store? Fanatics has not run the gear store for a while now, so different company, different policies.
seems to be extremly odd i been paying for years (and still are) for my suscription with 1 payment, but i cant use that payment to buy the new expansion…

Not sure if you would have the same issue buying digitally from Blizzard direct, rather then a physical item from the Gear Store, but there’s no point to this circular argument.

yes really… it like paying for your phone subscription by automatic payment with your debitcard but when you use to much date you suddenly have to send them a check.
anyway the bloody point is for 1 it always was avialable trough other means and secondly only creditcard on the EU store is the most stupid idea ever there ALOT of countries in the EU where creidcard is not the norm liek it is in the US…
To be frank, no one one those forums is able to tell you more then what’s already been said. The blues here have no one to really talk to about the gearstore as its outside of their job title. They can’t make the site take paypal or the like now.

Yes. The answer to the question is “Yes”.
You’ll want to pose this issue to the Gear Store site directly. There isn’t anyone here, Blue or otherwise, who has any bearing on what that entity does or the methods to their business decisions. This isn’t the place to vent and rant about it since the forums are not connected with the online retailer.

If you have issues with payments that the EU gear store takes, then take it up with the EU gear store. This is not the place to complain as it will do no good at all. The blue posters here have no say in the matter, and are not liaison to those that do.
