From what I understand, the initial value of the Euro was based on the Deutsche Mark.

Imagine if Blizzard were to come out and say “Due to lack of population in our Latin American regions, we have decided that Latin Players who wish to have a classic experience will just need to play on the US servers.”

Naturally, it’ll sound prettier than the above but just picture the outrage. General forums already dislike playing with OCE and Latin players.

Lots of EU players on reddit are just saying they’ll play on US servers now for dedicated English realms.

Looks like US gets more population out of this.

That’s because when the Euro was launched, the German Mark was the strongest currency in the initial group. English Sterling wasn’t included at launch.

That in no way says that Germany rules Europe though… Just that they’re rich with a strong economy.

I don’t know how we will have dead realms if there are easily over 10 million people playing.

Are they going off the stress test ? I hope not because hardly anyone has a Sub for #$%^ BFA. I haven’t had a Sub since Dec. like most people waiting for Classic. Maybe they should let the people interested in Classic test the game so they can get an idea on real numbers of players interested?

Yeah but his original post that started all of this was him being a smug smart #@$. Even our “redneck” schools, as he put it, teach 3 or 4 languages.
