Hello, could someone please go to the EU English forums and remove and ban those who are being intolerant and frankly homophobic.
It’s getting way out of hand over there.
They are calling sexual preferences a mental illness.

My guess would be no. There’s separate teams and the in these forums. Folks who moderate the support forums, then those who moderate community forums. Let alone each region outside of a couple of the main community managers who post in us and eu forums, are different teams.
My only suggestion is to do the same thing here, if you think someone is truly breaking the rules, report them, otherwise use the forum tools, such as mute and ignore. Even hidden profile characters can be ignored.
I have, and did days ago, yet they are still there, and frankly we shouldn’t have to look at them.
Honestly, I don’t think there are anymore. The vast majority of CS staff in the EU were sacked and I think the jobs they did are now done by US CS.
No, they weren’t.
While I do believe that some of the moderation does happen between the EU and NA forums (both teams helping each other out based on time of day etc.), there is still an EU moderation team as far as I’m aware.
All you can do is continue to flag any posts that you feel violate the rules. That’s all you can really do. The Support Forum Agents (SFAs) here very rarely cross-moderate as this forum is their primary concern.
They down-sized an EU CS office in 2012. I don’t see how that would affect the current moderation team.
Orientation.
Yes, that has been a problem in both regions, unfortunately.
Not exactly. They did close down the office in France, in 2020 I believe, but we do have the office in Ireland. The Moderation Team for North America doesn’t have the task of moderating the EU forums, EU has their own team for that. It’s a bit more complicated given the number of languages and forums for that region, so they may not be as quick as our team is, which only have to deal with three languages.
If you have an account in that region, I encourage you to report those posts that may be inappropriate as you are able to. Thanks, Dottie.
It’s out of hand over here too. Ain’t just over there.
Heck if anything on this side it may be WORSE. lol
Also I would give Vrak a heart but I’m out of hearts again lol
Yes, some folk certainly have a bee in their bonnet over labels, ironically enough… and some are crossing lines that they should not be crossing, but especially not on our forums. Our Moderation Team is addressing what they can as they receive reports, but unfortunately, they can’t be everywhere, and obviously folks run out of reports and resolution that it will be dealt with.
There is a limit on likes? O.o
lol yeah xD haha it’s silly
Yes and reports.
Reports I’m aware of, but I guess I’ve never thought about a limit on likes because I hadn’t heard anyone mention they reached their limit before. Not sure if I have access to that on the back-end, but now I’m curious so I’m hunting for it.
Probably to deter folks from alt hopping, hearting their own posts and hearting others via friends/guildies, from climbing the forum levels.
Oh my timer is up on likes! ALL THE HEARTS!
Overall, there isn’t much a like does, except to encourage the user that their post may be appreciated/liked. It doesn’t make the user level greater or provide more weight to anything internally.
Is it? How… curious.
hehe
I think heart limits are per character, not per account. Plus, you still can heart your own posts. -points at heart icon-
Don’t make a habit of it. Sock puppeting is seriously frowned on, and if the moderators detect a poster is making a habit of it, it can result in a forum vacation or worse.
Right, I just meant the cap on the hearts for when you do, there’s a cap on it, per character, to help deter alt hopping. As the Blue said, it’s not much LOL
I’m not. I just did it in this one instance for demonstration purposes.
EDIT: Full disclosure: Apparently, I did one instance of liking a single post with both Etam’s as well – Again, for demonstration purposes, albeit not in the customer service forum.
Actually, I figured that’s what you were doing.
You were just the example I needed to explain the danger to all the readers. I understand you understand the hazard here.
