Yeah just click the orb on the mount (when you’re on the ground) and dude should pop up.

I’m guessing like how you start it? Get on the new mount included with the expansion and click on the button / gear on the mount that summoned the guest giver to turn it in.

you don’t have the quest if you don’t have the mount.
Didn’t think non-owners could pick up the quest, if you could then you have to find someone with the mount to click it and summon the NPC.

I do have quest and just finished getting 3ish a day.

The mount’s name is “Ensorcelled Everwyrm”. For those who forgot which mount they received.

it’s a lie. I’ve got all 40 fragments and cant turn in the quest cause i got basic SL version on store… nice quest design blizzard

For anyone that wanders into this thread, I was able to get the quest from someone else that did have the mount, and needed to again find someone with the mount to summon the quest-giver. I didn’t need the mount myself. I only had the standard DLC purchase.

And you think you should be able to get paid content for free then?

You need to have someone with the mount spawn the quest giver again so you can turn it in.
