Eternal Embers disappeared with weekly reset?

I started the Firelands legendary questline last week and obtained 8 Eternal Embers from the bosses. This week when I went to do it again, they had disappeared. They aren’t in item restoration.

What happened?

Edit: They’re also now not dropping from Heroic Firelands this week and I’m still on the quest.

Odds are there there i bet u probably put them in the bank and misplaced them mite even be hidden due to a misbehaving addon id try a full UI reset.

I’ve done the UI reset. My questlog now says 0/25 Eternal Embers as well. I never bank things.

It looks like you sold them to a vendor. They won’t show up on the Item Restoration page because stackable items don’t. You’ll need to submit a ticket to see if a Game Master can restore them for you.

As far as I am aware they aren’t a 100% drop, so it’s possible for you simply not to get them after a kill.

Huh. I don’t think I sold them, but I’ll certainly put in a ticket to check.

The embers were sold during a 10-second span of time where someone also sold Angelista’s Grasp, Dragonstalker’s Breastplate, Prismatic Pendant of the Fireflash, 2 Mish’undare, Circlet of the Mind Flayer, Crimson Shocker, Fire Runed Grimoire, Sorcerous Dagger, Recipe: Major Rejuvenation, and a few other things.

Outside of someone having access to your account, or having an addon that sells things for you, that is the only explanation. Items don’t tend to vender themselves and it is extremely common.
