I’ve been getting frequent but random d/c with above error. Just happened 3 times in a row and now says when I try to log in on my toon, A character with that name already exists. I played for a little while with this toon, then the errors, now can’t play anymore.
far as i can tell they are rebooting in like 15 min or so someone said …this happened to me also

am getting dc and when i relog ui has been changed. and i use the regular ui
I’m getting dc with this code on average of about once/30-45 minutes

yea i started a thread about it in technical support and they told me it was the kind of internet i use and they couldnt do anything for me
ive had the same internet for 3 years and have had no problems and ESO and EVE work fine no problems.
what kind of internet do you use Gullyfoyle?
my desktop is ethernet connected to Spectrum cable internet and I’ve used it regularly with WoW for years with rare problems. On average my download speed is around 110 mbps and upload 1/10th of that. Lag probably averages about 25-30 ms and framerate has been creeping up to about 75-100 ps.
I use a different isp and type of internet. 
They have been having problems, so I think we just have to wait for them to figure them out.
I’m seeing this problem, but only on one character. The character is in a raid group, but I can’t stay on long enough to drop group.
getting it on different toons. Had to quit one ally toon as it got stuck unable to do the Darkmaul Citadel. No help from Blizz. Just had the 51900319 dc again.

Happening to me as well. I’m about ready to just give up.
I shouldnt have to lower my fps to 30.
I bought this computer brand new because it ran better than my 7 yr old one and it’s just under a year old.
I run fine for 2 weeks after getting it and now suddenly I disconnect every few minutes.
I lose out on the Horrific visions…it kicks you out and you get nothing in return.
Two weeks ago I ran Horrific Vsions on new pc and 5 chested it.
Its not my internet.
Its not my computer.
I lowered my fps
I unchecked the optimizer
I’ve run meters to figure it out. Nothing.
I guess pre buying Shadowlands was a big mistake.
I’m so disappointed.
This has been happening to me regularly since Tuesday, after the last patch. I have done everything that has been suggested. Checked addons, cleared cache, reset network connection, lowered fps, and reduced graphics.
I have been running the game for the past 6 months with zero issues and this patch downloaded and BAM I get the disconnect hammer!
Blizzard I know we are a few out of the millions in game, but we need some help here!

in AZ, Same here, logins to Duskwood server take literally minutes to complete, world server starts at 400-1000ms (normally 70-80ms), climbs from there to 3000ms+ then DC’s. Been doing this since Wednesday evening. I do not use Comcast/Xfinity ISPs (using an Altice Cable ISP). Had no issues before Wed. evening. Now can’t play at all. Blizzard just shrugs it off as ISP issues & then seemingly ignores tickets for it.

I have been having this issue for months now, nothing is working on fixing this. And so far no fix from blizz for this issue. yes i cleared my wtf and cache folders once already no change.
