Error Message: WOW51900314 - I can't log in

I have two different WOW accounts. No problem with my main account, but on this account, since yesterday I keep getting this error message and can’t log in - even with the authenticator code. I can log into my Blizzard account - no problem. Am paid up.

Yesterday - after 50 or so tries, I got on. Today - am not able to.

perma banned ( I don’t know )

I’d ask in the Tech Support forum. See if there are any threads about that error over there, too.

Outdated Graphics drivers – The corrupted or outdated GPU driver can also cause wow51900314 error. So, to fix the error update the drivers from the Device Manager. Server Issues – Most possibly you may see the error message when the game loses its connection with the WoW servers.

They can log into one of their accounts without issue. So I don’t think it’ll be a graphic card driver issue.

Thank you. I have no problem playing on my main account.

Then explain why the OP can log into one account but not the other one if its a graphic issue…

Do they both use all the same addons? I didn’t think that would ever cause login issues until I actually had it happen a few years back.

Also check your addons ,I found if you update them they have less chance of getting that message. Something to do with memory,( i need to up grade soon)

Are both accounts under your one Bnet account?

Maybe it’s a current bug? idk… Lemme try to log on to two of my active accounts. brb

ETA: Hmm, I’m logging on just fine into two of mine right now.

One of my guildies was having this issue last night and the only thing that worked was removing the authenticator from his account.

I’m guessing blizzard messed something up with the authentication servers last time they did maintenance.

Yes - though most of my add-ons are disabled

i’ve had to use the battlenet launcher in order to play without entering an authentication code: i posted my issue at this topic in the Technical Support forum:

Thank you!!! Removed the authenticator and had no problem logging in!
