I have the digital version of dragonflight all ready activated. I have also the code for the physical copy of dragonflight. When I go to the address my code card shows me and I enter the code I get this message
An error has occurred.
You already own an item that’s included in this product, but we are unable to return its cost to your Battle.net Balance at this time. For more information on how you can claim your Battle.net Balance, please read this support article.
So I click the link to go to the article and it says it is an inactive link.
Where do I go from here?
Thank you
Moggy
I’m not sure what the link was meant for, but the refund should be automated. Check your account balance.

I checked nothing in my account balance.
I also tweeted to Blizzard CS and they said I may need to put in a ticket. When I try the ticket options I get a form that asks for my Epic Edition Game Key. I am nervous about giving that out as what if someone else uses that code. Can someone tell me I am safe to put my code in a ticket or link me to a way to put in a ticket without having to give that information. I also found out I only have until the end of this month to use my code so I would rather get this dealt with ASAP
Thank you Moggy
I’m not sure what Support Article that may connect to, but I believe the following Breaking News that is on the Support Site would apply here.

No one from Blizzard is going to steal your key. Tickets go to Blizzard and no where else.

Does this solve your issue?
Edit: Once again, four legs is faster than two. (And wholly unfair.)

Update: I put in a ticket and where my digital copy was gifted I needed them to put the balance on my friends account. Just in case someone else has this same issue
