Error code blz51900052

Hi,

On 3/23/2021, I got a disconnect while playing, when i tried to login back i got an error code BLZ51900052.

After which he received an email saying his monthly subscription has been cancelled.
Infracción: Actividades de explotación: Programas de trucos no autorizados (hacks)

Server: Faerlina
Faction: Alliance
Character: Zerochema

please I need help.

i got authenticator actived. I do not understand much what is happening.

This isn’t a compromised account message, this is saying they detected unauthorized activity.

“Violation: Exploitation Activities: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks).”

Seems more like an actioning than a compromise which would have locked your account, not suspended it for an infraction / violation so quickly.

I’d suggest the appeals process and not the hacked account link.

This seems the most logical thing to me. and I already did. but I don’t understand what the reason for that is. I don’t use anything illegal. only addons. Does anyone have any ideas or has something like this happened to them?

Actions taken against an account are generally accompanied by an email sent to the address connected to the account. You might start there, may have to check your spam/junk folder.

Ah, yes, I did totally read that, apologies.

It should have some instructions to follow an appeal as Deathspoon advised and similarly linked. That’s the only progress you’ll make on this case, there won’t be any cut-and-dried explanation for exactly what you did.

Situations like this are very frustrating for people who take this game very seriously. I still have not received a response or help from BLIZZARD.

And you won’t receive any help here, I’m afraid. Filing the appeal is the only way forward in these situations, but remember that you aren’t the only person that Blizzard hands out sanctions to.

Your appeal will be addressed when it reaches the front of the queue.

Responses wont be immediatly mite be tommorow or mite be a couple of days there are more people apealing account actions just gota wait for ur ticket to be called for a GM to look at.

It’s currently 10:55 PM Pacific time, and the SFA’s here might be asleep and not in until morning.

They also won’t be able to help here, at best they could confirm there is a ticket open and in the queue, but you will have to wait for the ticket for a response from Blizzard.

You will only get a response to your ticket you file for your appeal. This forum is for players to assist other players, and there are no GMs on this forum who can discuss your ticket.

Also, for clarification. An appeal is for a new pair of eyes to examine your case. You won’t actually have a one on one discussion about your ticket.
