I want to purchase some of the discounted services for characters on my inactive account, but I’m not reactivating the account to do so. Any suggestions?
I think you need a active subscription to do character services im sure ill be corrected if im wrong but the good news if im right you can open a ticket and talk to billing about getting some extra game time to do it. Billing tends to be nice usualy.
Since this is the last day of the sale, I don’t think that will help me.

It happens always rember it never hurts to ask billing they are realy reasonable as long as its not abused.
