decided to take you up on this, logged into whitemane server. around 30-50 people around bank/ah in org. two gdkps filling for mc/zg and no one outside the front gate.
Id suggest that population aside, era is dead because of 5+ years of gdkp. just cant compete as a new player if you’re not willing to RMT.
whitemane cluster normally hits peak ive notice around 6-11pm est / 3-7 ST
(also there more alliance than horde) I running naxx too at 6pm ST
For a goof the other day i logged into Era.
On Whitemane i saw 6 people in SW on a Friday after noon. Only 1 was 60. I hopped over to IF and i could not find one person.
If.pro has a total of 12.5k logged raiders last week on Era globally. That is less than either faction on JUST Nightslayer fielded in the same timeframe.
Era is dead.

Yeah, I can’t speak for PvP, but Mankrik is popping every night of the week. I am able to easily get dungeons groups, and I see raids forming all the time in LFG, both GDKP and SR runs.

There is no active one. Grobb is also full of elitist who pose as non elitist. Mankirk is chill if u like sitting in trade chat or LFG all day with the 20 other people online. Whitemane has about 1 bg popping thats 8v3 ally favored. If any of this sounds fun era is for u. If not go to anniversary. It’s the same version of the game with 10x more players. 10x is the actual number not an exaggeration.

Yeah, IIRC for Alliance Mankrik actually has more people than Whitemane.
Not sure about Horde.
Like I said though, never have any trouble getting groups. There’s almost always something going on during peak hours.
I even see a lot of ads for leveling dungeons. Not just boosts, but legitimate groups.
If people think Era is dead, they either don’t play there, keep odd hours, or their definition of “dead” is “not an overpopulated megaserver.”

Era is not dead it is just not very populated. From what I can tell a lot of them like that feel. It has some guilds and occasional groups that do some world things together, besides that it is a lot of solo or very small friend groups hanging out. Nothing wrong with that.
