Equipment Manager

Since 8.1, whenever i update my equipment wardrobe in the equipment manager window of the character window, the changes to not persist when I log out and back in.

When I log out/in the equipment manager shows I am missing some pieces (that I salvaged already) and doesn’t remember my new gear that replaced those pieces.

Kind of a pain as I switch specs frequently on my DH between tank and dps…

Close the bnet client, and open it again as administrator.

If it still persists, clear cache.

problem continues to persist… is anyone else having this problem?

Have you filed a bug report?

Same issue. Tried with/without addons, with and without old cache folder. Tried to repair game files. Tried using Outfitter addon to do the same thing and it has the same issue so far.

I submitted a bug report around 2pm est so who knows if this’ll actually get picked up on or fixed.

Seems to be a server issue. Using the Outfitter addon you can store your sets locally rather than on Blizz’s servers by clicking the WoW icon beside the set so it’s grayed out. It’s a temporary work around.

will use that addon for now until it’s blizzard fix this issue soon™

Edit: I was about to download the addon, and i realized the issue actually already fixed for me. huh.

I’m having the same issues with equipment manager. Changes to gear sets got lost after logging out and back in. I had to create new gear set (with new names) to save my updated sets. Then deletion of older sets (that couldn’t be modified) and the new sets will stay after logging out and back in. However, these newly created sets can’t be modified like the old deleted ones. BTW, I don’t use addons for this.
