I just bought the Epic Upgrade for Shadowlands but I did not receive transmog armor and mount+pet
Transmog armor is a quest you must complete in-game by interacting with the mount.
If you just purchased it, and in the event it doesn’t fail, the purchase can take a little time to fully process.

How do I interact with the mount the mount wasn’t received
Can you check your filters, Junanji? Try toggling them off and on to see if they’ll update your list. Try restarting your client, etc…
From what I can see you have the Anima Wyrmling and the Ensorcelled Everwrym in your pet and mount collection.

theres a little half orb on the tail end the wyrm mount, when you mouse over it your cursor turns into a gold cog you can right click it an an npc will spawn, itll give a quest to collect 40 echoes of morality i believe the item was and once you collect 40 spawn the npc again an turn it in to them to learn the tmog set, which is a 8piece cosmetic for all 4 armor types it works on.
