no, exploit in the TOS does not refer to syncing. we’ve had enough threads on that discussion already, “team premade” has at least two blue blessings on syncing we can actively quote:
people read the TOS and then apply their self derived ruleset of how the game is “supposed to be” along with a colloquial definition of “exploit” to then go around making incorrect accusations.
You are doing more than queuing at the same time, and you know it.

all this show around premade is just one big circus
I mean, based on the screenshots and what guild members are saying, there are things being done to exploit the system. I think that’s why there’s such a backlash to this topic – you guys know what you’re doing isn’t okay. And there’s a very real fear that if it gets highlighted enough, Blizzard will address it.
