I purchased the heroic version of Shadowlands, when I first logged in I saw the Everwyrm in my mount tab. When I used the boost on my character, I then went to go to the mount tab to equip the Everwyrm and it was gone.
Can’t check your collections since you’re posting on a Classic character, but try playing around with the collection filters. Applying a boost will not remove access to a mount like that.

I have checked filters, Ive also reset interface. The mount doesnt even show up in the tab at all. Not greyed out just gone.

It is still showing in your collection here on the armory.
Try a full UI reset (as opposed to just a /reload) to rule out a corrupted display element.

I have done that. I still do not have access to the mount
It didnt save the changes the first time, was able to get it to save those changes. It worked thank you
