I am wanting to purchase one of these as the description clearly states “Your character will be ready to play WoW content: quests, dungeons, and raids.”.
I note that in order to be raid ready the ilvl of the new character needs to be 463 to be able to queue for LFR.
Blizzard needs to raise the ilvl of the boosted characters to 463 or remove all references to them being raid ready!
Only when that raid is Awakened. The raids will rotate as to which one is Awakened.
Dungeons and Raids
- Raid Finder now required item level 463 if the raid is Awakened.

My newest 70 (Mage, 434 ilvl) is able to queue for Amirdrassil just fine this week as it is the Vault of Incarnates that is Awakened this week (and thus requiring the 463 ilvl).
DRAGONFLIGHT SEASON 4 AWAKENED RAIDS SCHEDULE
On April 23rd, Vault of the Incarnates will be the first weekly Awakened Raid of Dragonflight Season 4. The raids will then rotate weekly with the following schedule:
Week 1: Awakened Vault of the Incarnates
Week 2: Awakened Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible
Week 3: Awakened Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope
Week 4: Awakened Vault of the Incarnates
Week 5: Awakened Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible
Week 6: Awakened Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope
Week 7: All Dragonflight Raids will be Awakened.
Week 7 will be the week of June 4th, giving players a theoretical 4 week window where all the Dragonflight raids will not be Awakened.

You will need to post in general if you want your suggestion to heard. In fairness most heroics timwalking will drop gear that will get u ready to do lfr with a little work.
