Enhancement survivability/QoL fix (easy)

Earth Shield is now baseline. Earth Shield no longer has a set amount of charges and instead operates as a 30 minute buff. Earth Shield talent replaced with Shield Mastery Shield Mastery: Earth Shield gives 20% damage reduction when cast on yourself. Lightning shield effect increased by 100%. This small change now gives the Shaman some better survivability for themselves, but doesn’t break any dungeon/raid tuning by also giving others the 20% reduction when Earth Shield is casted on them.
