So I was looking through some logs on the top dps parses on Tidewalker and I noticed several rogues have used both Goblin Sapper Charge + Super Sapper Charge in under a 2 minute period. Both of the sappers share a 5 minute cooldown. Anyone know how they’re doing this?
I believe Super Sappers only put goblin sappers on a 1 minute CD?

Correct. But it’s a 2 min proff cd from super 1 min is from goblin sapper.
Eng items are on a 1 or 2 min proff cd meaning using that item puts all Eng items on cd for that amount based on the item. You are not locked out of all Eng items for the items dps the items cd only prevents using the same item twice in a row so using a diff Eng item in this case gob sappers vs super sappers allows you to use more bombs in a fight.
Will note that the 1-2 min cd is accross proff also as proff items put all proff items on cd so eg if your a leather worker drums puts the bombs on a 1 min cd while the bombs put drums on a 2 min cd for supper sapper for example.
