Quest intro into Panderia from alliance titled ‘The Mission’ after taking a griffon to the Skyfire in Stormwind, goes into a cutscene, then opens having you in a endless falling loop, suggested this is do to timewalking and skyfire no longer being there.
Have used unstuck tool multiple times. Issue still present unable to resolve, need manual GM assistance.

I’m also having the same issue. Got stuck in the same endless loop last week but friends managed to summon me out of it at an instance.
Today was flying past the area and got pulled back into the loop and this time im unable to get out of it, with warlock and instance summons not working.
Have also tried multiple unstuck tickets but these also fail.
That would be the self-help stuck service. Actually submitting a full-on ticket is something else entirely as it goes to the GMs so that they can force move your character to somewhere safe. If you submit a ticket via the link that Kyzera provided, that will give you the direct path to get the issue addressed. Submitting it through the appropriate path listed also ensures that it goes into a priority queue, rather than the “not listed here” that a lot of people default to, which takes longer.
Just had GM intervention , managed to get the Skyfire questline accelerated past in order to not fall into that trap again. Many thanks for the direct GM link @Kyzera as I was struggling to get this character freed. GM stated this is a frequent event and is pushing it up to get this phasing cleared up
