Empty zone: no NPC's or enemies

I’m having a problem with a single character on my account. Apparently when getting into some zones NPC’s and enemies dissapear completely. When getting to Forsaken High Command everything seems normal, but when closing by Forsaken Rear Guard everything becomes empty. The problem keeps up when in The Sepulcher amd the Forsaken Front. Took a flight to Hillsbrad and apparently in that zone everything goes fine (until now). I’d like to get some assistance in game, but there’s no way I know to get it and in the Help options I find none which could lead to a solution. Already filled a bug report, but I still have the problem. Anyone can give me a solution, please?

Sounds like a phasing issue try killing your self and a full UI reset https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549

Done. Problem remains, it’s only with this character, the other ones can go to the mentioned zones without problems at all.

Everything appears to be fine Valeera. Can you check again?

It looks like you were on a quest to escort Sylvanas to Sepulcher and if you canceled out of that cut scene it could have made things a bit funky for your character.

Well, I just got into the game and found out everything going just fine. May have been that quest then, since all the interaction I got at the Sepulcher before was the dialog with Sylvanas, but there was no Banshee Queen. Thank you so much.

Before closing the topic, could you tell me if was actually that action the one which bugged the whole character? So, if I cancel, or logout by accident or something it may bug itself again? If that’s the case, abandoning the quest and start it over again would do?

Again, thank you so much. :upside_down_face::upside_down_face::upside_down_face:

I would just abandon it and take it again. You don’t really do anything but listen to her as she takes you to the sepulcher. You don’t even guide your mount.

Abandoning and retaking the quest is kind of SOP when a quest glitches.

That quest specifically had a cut scene where you travel with Sylvanas and she tells you a story about her past and the start of the Forsaken. If you canceled out of that event somehow, then you would have needed to abandon and restart the quest to do the cut scene again.

This specific quest is kind of unique in that way - but abandoning quests is a good way to troubleshoot zone phasing issues like this.

When I encounter that, usually means the game de-synced with the servers. Force quit (Alt-F4) and wait 15 minutes and log back in and see if that works.

If it’s not being de-synced, you are phased. There are a number of quests that phase areas and only characters on that phase can see the others. Dropping quests does not unphase you. You need to complete the quest chain that phased you.

Quests like the starting quests for Legion, BfA, Twilight Highlands, Arugs can all put you out of phase.
