So you know them 3 weeklies that give you purples and are the only way for non-raiders to get cataylst gear? Well now they sometimes give out blues. Was this intentional?

Oh no, i hope not! Doesn’t sound intentional. I’d say check the patch notes about it and slap this on the bug forum if need be.
