So the alliance vendor for heroism is by the portal guys. From the dalaran streets running into the portal room, go up the stairs on the left, its up there, should see like a hand full of highelvs standing behind some tables.

You can buy the pvp armor from that same vendor, for heroism marks.

you can buy the PVP hear for Honor + arena points in the dal sewers
