How are they “Literally” ruining the game?
All of this unnecessary nonsense just because you don’t want to admit you made a mistake by removing RDF. This company is a joke.
Then you’re a useful tool simping for Blizz to make more money on Boosts.
Going to make a point about your post. No matter the explanation or reason for doing so the entire issue falls back on one old saying.
‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.’
I am a bit confused as to why there was such a need to polish something that to many of us was already at a high polish. Wrath to most of us was the pinnacle of World of Warcaft and for the most part that’s why a lot of us started playing here. The changes made to the game and to other content prior to this feels like Blizzard trying to pull things from Retail into a system that for it’s time was working perfectly.
Furthermore, I don’t know who asks for these changes to be made in the first place. I do want to point out that while they are illegal that changes like this are the reason people flock to Private servers which host the same content as what you’re giving here except in a more pure form. Nostalrius was a perfect example of that.
You pay them for access to this forum… so the joke is on you?
RDF isn’t working, y’all should check that out.
Will Blizzard be adjusting badge costs to compensate for the later vendors? This change to getting them from finishing large quest chains is a good idea to help with that if not. RDF being gone means the acquisition rate and progression rate for people working though badge gear slows way down.
It could be a non-issue but w/e. posting in a blue thread.
Yeah you’re right, it has nothing to do with thousands of instanced bots running 24/7.
Nope, it’s definitely the player base not going to work and spending all their time farming gold.
You have confirmed you have absolutely no idea how anything in this game currently works, or who the player base is.
Their Wrath LFG tool isn’t retail. If they haven’t changed it, and it’s still like the early beta one, it’s actually inferior to the retail one. It’s even inferior to the LFGBB add-on. But the good news is, you’re forced to use it, so the usage metrics will be excellent!
They have responded. You just don’t like the answer lol.
Well they already addressed that getting badges from repeatable quests wasn’t intended, and it seems like you’ll get 41 badges for doing all the quests that can award them, so a trinket. No a drastic change.
Not that I really buy it affecting phase 1 gearing in a meaningful manner. We’ll be running Naxx and Sarth 3D in sunwell gear or 77 questing blues.
na dude, they think if they could just debate the devs in the market place of ideas, they could put it all on the line and win, thereby forcing them to give them rdf like they want, because those are the rules of debate.
The wow forums is a shonen anime man.
If the devs held a debate with players they would be eaten alive, like when they announced diablo for mobile phones at blizzcon a while back.
You think you do, but you don’t.
If i recall this was also were you could buy tabards for reps though. So you could just spam the dungi’s for the rep you want.
Good, because nobody know what inscriptionists are. Scribes on the other hand, mybe.
This will incentivize world questing to complete stories for real players (fantastic!), meanwhile bots will stay in the start phase or 2nd phase of a quest line and over time become basically invisible to most if not all players, and since players are the only real source of bot reporting since Blizz won’t monitor on their own, the bot problem will be ASTRONOMICAL. As such, I am against this change. though I would be all for this change if Blizzard has a meaningful improvement lined up for handling bots on their end.
You do realize that sons of hodir will lead to you being able to buy shoulder enchants for your alts before the end of Wrath, right? It’s not a waste, calm yourself.
Maybe you guys could comment on LFD again since the vast majority of people are in favor of it.
I have game time expiring soon. I pay them for nothing
