Side note: I don’t think the embers count as bad luck protection. If you have bad luck, you can keep not getting it forever unless the embers eventually make it a 100% drop. Bad Luck Protection would be giving you something that’s not controlled by luck, aka a buildup towards 100% drop rate or some other reward.

they should just have a drop rate increase that scales
mythic: 10% per week drop chance that increases
heroic: 5%
normal 2.5%
lfr: 1%
and double it every week, this way everyone gets it eventually

I’m not defending the system, I’m just calling out people who have nothing better to do apparently than rush down a boss kill, then come and complain on the forums that the shiny didn’t drop.
If anything, I’m laughing at them.
I don’t have the axe, and I’m fine with that. If I get it this week, I’m fine. If not, I’m fine. I’m not going to come on here and put Blizz on blast because I didn’t get it. I just shrug and say, “Maybe next week.”, and go do something else.
Hell, I got four lesser embers on my Heroic clear this week, and was like “Neat”. AND MOVED ON. Perhaps you should as well.

here is another point of ignorance for you:
The “rush” you so easily condemn relates to increasing your power level so as to help your guild’s progress. In my case, we are on Mythic TSwift and the extra AoE contribution would help wonders with the 3rd root set on the first platform.
These are things you need to know about before spewing “wisdom”.

I personally believe that if you try for something (especially like a Legendary) and you put effort into it, you should get it. To me it is as simple as that, you put the time in, you do the thing, you get the thing. I don’t mind if literally everyone is walking around with the same stuff because I WANT them to also feel good. I want the game to be fair in that sense but I guess that’s just me.

Pretty clear why you dont care based on the fact you haven’t done any keys this season.
Some people do like doing keys, so it matters to them. Its not hard to understand that you dont get invited to high keys if you dont have it.

oh and this too, I had almost forgotten about it. Without leggo, it’s very hard to get pug invites above +25.
However, this week’s Bolstering Fortified is also very sketchy to push so no harm there kinda.

This is abysmal and the same aweful design you said youd fix after the evoker legendary. this fix is bs. 13 weeks in and NOW you do this? at this point im not even going to be happy IF i get it. im going to get CE before i see any orange then what is the point…

“calling out people” - Have nothing better to do? A lot of people are very disappointed in this. They deserve the right to use this forum as a way to express their feelings to Blizzard no matter the fact that they listen to nothing.
