After the weekly reset which is mind boggling. They allowed people to kill it and still not get it despite 14 heroic kills. GG blizz. The right thign to do is reset the drop from Fyrak.

The right thing would be to just send it to everyone in the mail thats killed it this week and make it a 100% chance ot drop in heroic or higher, 75% in normal and 50% in lfr.

Should have been implemented at reset. I regret killling him on Tuesday knowing my chance would have been higher tonight instead 
Should allow a second opportunity on alternate difficulty for everyone who killed before the change but I suspect they’ll do nothing since it sorts itself out in 5-6 days anyway.

They most certainly wont do it. This is something they thought of way before the reset. Why they waited for people to kill it then hotfix is beyond me. Possibly just to give one last F U to the playerbase. Only thing that makes sense.

RNG acquisition is the worst, even with all these ‘increases’ to chance I can’t wait to get my leggo next patch or even next expansion. I know you guys can’t just change the system you built it in, but FOR THE FUTURE DO NOT MAKE RNG LEGENDARIES.

BULL - Killed H. Fyrakk ever week the Legendary has been on the loot table and watched “carries”, alts, and others who die consistently in P1 of the fight get it. The design is FLAWED! and… you refuse to admit/accept it.
Your “Embers of Fyr’alath” are a JOKE and a placebo. Garbage. NO way to track or see any accumulated value. This post is garbage and was a waste of space.
You said you learned from the Evoker Legendary?? Not even close. You had it right in previous expansions where Legendaries were earned. This system is broken, unfair, and terrible. Your accountability of it this is terrible and you refuse to acknowledge that the design is bad.

Are you doing Dawn as well? Mount drop from there has a chance to turn into Timereaver. Hell, it’s how I got it, despite farming it since it was first made available.
Very likely they’re going to do what they did with Sylvanas’ bow last expac and add an item in S4 to buff both it and the Evoker Legendary to S4 item levels, so it’s still worth farming.

I’m not sure something that is an RNG drop and not guaranteed to be received by the player before the season is over, no matter how often they the kill the boss, or if they do it on the highest difficulty every week, really fits this description of what a legendary should be?
Sooo was this during maintenance, or at some random time afterwards? Are you going to do anything to compensate those who already did their Fyrakk kill for the week before this buff and missed out on it? Maybe an extra greater ember or something added to their BLP?

Why? The buff was retroactive, so they still benefitted from the kill.
This was not active at reset. They chose to do it like 12 hours later.

Maybe not rush the instance right at reset? In case something happens? Like this or last night’s DDoS? Patience is a virtue.
The fact that they did this hours after the reset is worse than not doing it at all. Doing it mid week wouldve even been better. How do you let so many people kill at reset and spit in their face?

Honestly at this point, we need to know if it’s going to be upgrade-able (and relevant) in season 4. If it’s not, I’m done with it - no point in even slogging through the questline. If it is, and you make some STR 2Her’s suffer through the first few weeks of the new season without it - that’s an even bigger issue than the one we already have going on.

I mean there is nothing else to wait for at reset for most people clearing this 14 weeks in a row and needing this stupid axe to push high keys or make their class competitive. Also considering this takes 10-12 hours to farm, no reason to delay it if you have the availability to do it at reset.
