Elf hate has to be the most ridiculous cover-up for insecurity ever. We’re downright gorgeous, live 10-bajillion years if we get our fill of magic, and have undeniably the best aesthetic in the game, objectively.

The biggest thing Gnomes have done is listen to the wrong leader who then nuked their own city.
Dwarves are in a civil war of sorts.
Humans bicker among themselves for power, often leaving their own homeless.
Draenei are guilty of nothing more than being non-conformists and refusing to drink the Fel Kool-Aid.
Worgen of course have anger management issues, but if you have hairy palms 24/7 I think you’d have anger issues as well!
Yeah, that’s kind of a problem. In nearly every fantasy world I’ve ever read or played (except Discworld), elves are always portrayed as glamorous, pretty, aloof, fae, and somehow superior to humans.
One of the reasons I liked WOW’s “dingy” blood elves who had to fess up to mana (then fel) addiction needed to even maintain that sort of culture, as if admitting that everything had a cost and now the blood elves were being handed a check.
In looks. Yes.
If I were in the foxhole, I’d take almost every other race. As they say “In a foxhole, there is no eyeliner.”
I think eves are cool, all varieties! Great lore, interesting people. The forums just need to mellow out on that subject. 
For the last few years it’s been constant “elf this and elf that.” Talk about gnomes instead! The true masters. Or anything else.
Garithos did nothing wrong.
Being particularly enthralled with the idea of the ubermensch is always off-putting.
Everyone has the best aesthetic in the game. All faction/race themed zones are beautiful in their own way, especially in comparison with each other

I like the elves just fine. But they get too much hype on these forums.
