I guess i’d just google “How is Donald Trump viewed around the world” and do some reading, i’d see that approval of the US President of 24 polled countries had their approval rating of the US President drop from 74% under Obama, to 23% under Trump, i’d also see that while Trump does have some support around the world, it’s typically withing right leaning circles.
There are people that lean Right everywhere, so yes in that sense he has support everywhere, much like how people in the centre or left tend to like Bernie or AOC if they follow US politics, because those guys closely resemble their own preferred policies back home.
