Maybe someone can answer me, why are the weapons still having to be bought? We get the Elite Transmogs through an achivement but we have to buy the weapons only that class can use (unless you use a Warrior than you get all but a glave.) In that specific season and if you don’t get them they are just gone forever even though you got the Rating. I just don’t understand the logic.

Gives me something to spend my marks on. I personally don’t mind it.
As for buying mog that’s class specific, this is a good thing. It should be tied to the weapons you can use on the class you got it on. Motivates players to push on another spec if they want those other locked weapons too.

No, it’s terrible. Reaching 2400 during a particular season should give everybody access to an arsenal item (weapon ensemble) that teaches you all the weapons. It doesn’t make any sense that I can get everything other than wand/warglaive on Warrior but half as many weapons on, say, Mage.

Why should a person unlock the glaives if the class they got it on can’t wear them? To a certain extent, that would mean that if someone got 1800 on one class, they should be able to get the sets of all the classes since they got 1800.
This just makes me want to work on another class if I want the mog bad enough. Just like how people get 1800 on several toons for the mog.

I mean were literally in war within going to be able to learn said elite mogs no matter what class you are as long as they are a cosmetic item which they are. So there’s literally no point in farming it on another alt when you can just keep em in your bag and once war within hits learn them anyway. having to play a specific class all the way to 2400 just to unlock all the mogs is dumb you 100% should have auto unlocked all the appearances once you got 2400. Then again I play warrior to 2400 any chance i get so ether way i get all the mogs except glaives.

Yeah but the problem is if you did not pick up the weapons before they made that announcement AKA season 1/2 you can’t get those weapons as they don’t even sell them. this has been an issue for the elite weapons all the way since WoD just seems dumb.
At least the recent weapons are an on use item, so you lose it when you learn the appearance.

Oh, yeah, for sure. This is why I always thought elite sets were cool and wish there were, like, a higher tier of elite sets. It just felt kind of bad that some classes benefit a lot more for reaching 2400 than others when usually generic rewards are account-wide.
Although I guess everything being acc wide is also its own can of worms because elite-glad once then just rival on alts is kind of lame relative to being encouraged to actually push alts as well

in this context makes no sense that some specs get access to 2 weapons when warrior gets access to 15
idk why they didn’t implement the cosmetic change till war within its a cosmetic why should it matter what weapons I can wear or they could have at least made them account bound so I could send it to alts who can wear them.
I didn’t really care for the ssn1 or 2mogs so don’t really care for missing them.Still bought ssn1 didn’t get elite ssn2 cause my last 2 lobbies on arms was 3 caster with double frost on arms and dropped back to 2.2 
mogs were mid but I wanted the tabard.
