Elite Version without particle effect

Anyone else unable to unlock the elite color of the shoulder/head xmog that doesn’t have the particle effects?

Last season I just got all of the appearances by default, but now it seems I can’t acquire the simple version of the elite shoulder/head mog. And yea, I have the base tier set item to unlock the normal pvp versions mog + particle mog

Seems that the dreamstone not unlocking alternate particle versions is a somewhat common issue

Emerald Blossom Dreamstone (keystone hero reward) bugged?

Just picked up the Emerald Blossom Dreamstone on this character and learned it. However, none of my characters who have Amirdrassil tier helms or shoulders have gained an alternate option of those with the new effects. Hasn’t this happened every season?

Odd, I made this post and Sho-Nuff I am doing my mogs up and notice my helm and shoulders for the elite set now have the plain non-particle versions… Maybe a blue saw my post and fix it?
