Just picked up the Emerald Blossom Dreamstone on this character and learned it. However, none of my characters who have Amirdrassil tier helms or shoulders have gained an alternate option of those with the new effects. Hasn’t this happened every season?

normally it works after few relogs, happened in S1 & S2 too. A bug that has not been fixed since 10.0 lol
Yep it’s been 2 days and I still don’t have the “special” look on my characters.
I currently have this bug, but my helm has 2 options (normal mode) but mythic shoulders only has 1.
Ok i thought it was me.
S1 had issues
S2 it was bugged where if you were too quick you never got the token (I had to raise tickets across multiple people to get the token).
S3, i got the token, right click and i noticed the effects are not working either. (With that said i only have the 1800 mog and Conquest and my Conquest is not showing twice in the mogs section)
So 3 seasons back to back, issues with this particular reward.

I’ve earned an additional helm and shoulder appearance since using my Dreamstone and those have properly shown the particle effect variants as well after learning. It seems the bug this time around is only affecting appearances that were learned prior to using the Dreamstone. Those still are not showing the alternate for me.

Seems its bugged for non tier so pieces from the 1800 set, off pieces from raid etc. I hope this is fixed sooner rather than later.
My evoker has actual tier shoulders and it isn’t granting the alternate appearance, so I don’t think the issue is limited to non-tier items sharing the appearances.
EDIT: After a little more research, it seems my evoker’s tier shoulder appearance was converted to the alternate appearance with special effects and I no longer have the option to pick the appearance without them. I wasn’t familiar with what the effect was but it seems I have it after checking Wowhead’s clips.
I unlocked the conquest helm and shoulders before getting 2500 rating, and now I can’t use the enhanced version of either appearance. It’s been almost a week. Will they ever fix it?

Bumping this as i have the same issue across all my characters
I logged in today (December 12th, 2023) and the appearances have now been added to my transmog collection. Can anyone else confirm if this has been fixed?
My evoker now has the extra helm options but shoulders appear unchanged. It seems that set’s shoulders in particular just always have particle effects and there wasn’t an option tied to the Dreamstone? Seems a bit weird if so, thought every set always had both shoulders and helm modified.
I still don’t have mine and I learned it several weeks ago - I think I got KSH on the 3rd or 4th week of the season.
Got it January 9th, used it, still dont have appearances and its the 16th… i feel i farmed this for nothing lol.
You should see a second Option next to yourfirst one .

Yeah, this is the problem. Across all my alts which have collected tier appearances but weren’t the one to use my dreamstone, I don’t always have both options. My evoker still only has the single option for every set of shoulders (all with effects only), for example. This is still an issue.
I can confirm I’m still having issues lol
