IoC had immunity bubbles added because people would farm the graveyard with vehicles. It was impossible to counter (aside from the obvious stop rezzing).
It’s not a great design but it works in vehicle maps due to the power of vehicles vs players. It doesn’t work for other maps, and it shouldn’t. Graveyard farming is an acceptable strategy.
