The following only applies to the non-dungeon dailies. It is the most efficient way I have found to do all of the dailies in the various zones, because some of the sets of dailies can send you back to a zone you have already finished doing the dailies in, i.e. Krasarang.
Assuming you have your hearthstone set to Halfhill.
Start by picking your crops and then tilling the soil for all. Do not plant anything yet. Get all of the Tiller dailies first. Some of them may ask you to plant a particular crop and you might need the plot or plots. Do the all of the Tiller dailies. Then plant the crops you want plus any required by a daily.
Now fly to The Vale of Eternal Blossoms and grab all of the Golden Lotus and the other faction dailies there for the August Celestials, which will be to go to the Cradle of Chi-Ji in Krasarang, so don’t do the August Celestial one to go to Krasarang yet. Do the Golden lotus dailies.
If you have business in one of the capitals, such as at an auction house, do that now from the portal in the Horde or Alliance shrine. When ready to return, use the portal back to Pandaria which takes you to the Jade Forest. Fly to the Arboretum and do the Order of the Cloud Serpent dailies. Having fishing and cooking skill is a good idea here. While fishing for minnows and golden carp for the dailies, you might also fish up a “mimic octopus” which will start a quest to turn it in to Nat Pagle in Krasarang. Hold on to that. Do all of the dailies for the Arboretum.
Now fly to Krasarang. If you have the Nat Pagle quest, do that. Do the fishing village dailies. If you got a quest from the August Celestial faction to go to to the Cradle of Chi-ji in the Krasarang Wilds, then do that too and the dailies there.
Now fly to the Dread Wastes and do Klaxxi dailies.
Last dailies now for the Shado-pan at their garrison in the Townlong Steppes. It is also possible that at some point you were given a quest to go to the Temple of the White Tiger in the Kun-lai Summit, so do that too. You can do the riding the yeti daily over at the base camp there too, but it only rewards gold.
You’re done with no backtracking zones or extra wait time. Your hearthstone should be available again now too. Have fun!
