which vitamins should I buy? I struggle a lot when it comes to food, knowing what to get and how not to get broke because of it, and feeding myself, so I often eat repetitive meals.
Hey ya’ll. Just coming in quick to say I’m proud of the folks coming in to help. That was very nice of ya’ll.
Generically a multivitamin aimed at your age group. Usually they are called One-a-day type vitamins.
This is an example of a generic and inexpensive Multi Vitamin. This would be more than a year supply. Obviously shop around and see what you feel is best and affordable.

If you have specific needs or medical conditions talk to your doctor for recommendations.
I’m a male in my twenties, which vitamins for my age group?
Any adult rated once a day multivitamin would work. The goal is just to ensure you don’t have any deficiencies due to limited diet. The one I linked is fine or something like it. There are different formulations for children and for seniors but you don’t need those so don’t have to look for them.
Do not take more than directed. Most vitamins are excreted if you have too much, but a few can build up and cause issues in extreme cases. You would have to take mega doses to do that, but I still wanted to throw that out there.
Thanks! <3
1 5lb bag of potatoes, salt, pepper, & water, will make a huge pot of potato soup…it’s not a lot, but it will fill the cavity, calm the hungry, and its super budget friendly. it’s gonna get old, but, if you just set your mind to it, you could live on it for a long time.
ramen - HORRIBLE for your health & weight, but it will fill you up, and get you by, literally a few cents a pkg.
when you get a little money, super simple recipe for DAYS of eating …and can be used in several ways - burritos, chili, tacos…
2 lbs hamburger
1 can original ro-tel tomatoes
1 reg. sized can tomato sauce
seasoning
brown meat, drain fat, dump everything in a pot, let it cook on low for a cple hours till its super hot…
ready to eat.
you can add other stuff to it, if you want/can afford…but this usually makes a big pot, and my hubs & I can eat on this for a week.
hope things get better for you
Definitely see if your local town/city has one OP.
