Last week, before opening the mail from Blizzard, I was at 18/50 Echoed Ephemera. I received 2 in the mail bringing me to 20/50. My guild then went and full cleared the Normal raid. All of my guild members got to 30/50, and I was at 28/50. I submitted a ticket and got a typical “we know it’s an issue, nothing we can do” response. Well, you could mail the other 2 that I’m missing, should be a very easy thing to do since you know…you just did it. Today I was hoping to log in to mail again containing my 2 missing Echoed Ephemera from last week, but no.
If you go look in the forum post where blizzard responded to this issue, you will see it is STILL an issue, and not fixed. You will also see responses from players stating that GM’s are telling them nothing is broken.
It is still broken, it is still a problem. To act like everything is working perfectly shows some heavy miscommunication somewhere. Please look into this again, and at least admit that it’s still being looked into, or an official “we’re sorry, but oh well” post.

Same issue. I cleared the raid every week. Should be at 30. Still stuck at 28.
Between this, the bugged fertilizer quest, and Chromie bricking keys in Murozond’s Rise - without a fix for weeks - I’m starting to understand why people say Blizzard doesn’t respect our time.

Same here. Killed 20 total bosses (every boss at least once) only got 8 last week.

Just did a full clear of heroic on my rogue, should have been at 40/50, nope I’m at 37/50, did not receive 3 of them from one of the bosses.

My DK ended with 27/50 after full clearing normal / only skipping heroic Tindral, but my hunter is 30/50 for full clearing normal / only skipping heroic Fyrakk. I have no idea how this system works, but somethings definitely off if Fyrakk is worth less than Tindral.

I was told all we can do is submit bug report which will then force them to look into it. Having been one of the ones who was stuck at 28/50 last week, I got my weekly cap of 10 this week doing lfr clear and that was it. I am currently 38/50 when I should be 40. One of 2 things will happen. 1. We get max cap of 10 each week, next week we will be stuck at 48/50, and the following week after that PRAY we get the last 2 needed. 2. Blizzard continues to act like this isn’t a bug, that its a “UI issue” (several of my guildies and I all at the same time reset our UI and logged in to find us still missing our echoed and then reverted our UI back), although I can prove its not, and they tell us we are screwed and they cant do anything about it, OR we have to drop the quest, redo it, and because there is no catch up that applies to us if we kill 5 bosses the previous week, will take another 5 weeks to get the enchant IF it doesnt bug again. Because some reason blizzard says they cant award people the ‘missing’ echoed, yet they somehow managed to mail like 7 to people 2 weeks ago. My other 2 alts all are sitting at 30/50 atm not having done any bosses yet on them, but they havent had a problem yet. Makes no sense.

Also stuck at 38/50 this week. As soon as I hit 38, I stopped getting them, even from bosses I hadn’t killed yet this week. Guildies all at 40/50. So obviously still bugged it’s crazy that they act like the mail from last week fixed it.

It still seems inconstant. I’m at 37 and most of my guild is at 40 from this weeks clear

Stuck at 38/50 as well. Please fix the bug before we get locked out of helm enchant for an extra week.

My main is also at 38/50, while most of my guild is 40/50. Apparently, if you forgot to loot a boss, you might be out of luck. Tried a ticket, they claimed that they can not restore quest items, and the postmaster will not mail it to you once you are out. I’m just assuming I missed looting a boss due to a cutscene popping up right as I went to loot and forgot.

That’s not the issue. I looted all the bosses because i got all my crests. Still stuck at 37/40.

This is the part they are telling people that makes zero sense. So they can mail out tens of thousands of them one week, but not a few hundred to the people who are still bugged?

Understand that might be the issue for you, but it was for me. The only reason I caught it was checking my VoD and not seeing me loot a boss, which is why I only stated I “assumed” that was the cause, for me at least.
Basically this. They can restore it only it tens of thousands of users have the issue, but not when a few hundred do. It seems like they don’t really care. At this point, my last ticket claims the bug was “fixed”, yet it still isn’t for us few hundred with the issue.

Stuck at 37/50 here after full normal/heroic and half of LFR cleared. Nothing in the mail yet.

Same here made a ticket, same reply, but I did not recieve any last week. This week yes. I am basically one week behimd for the head enchant compared to my guild which should recieve it today.
