Am I the only one who can only get Echo to work now and then, and other times it just gives the little heal but no extra next cast?
I never had issue with echo
You cast echo on someone and the next spell you cast on anyone will replicate on the char you put echo on

Working for me. I cast Echo immediately after living flame finishes it’s cast. Echo hits the target first and everything works. It’s almost like one big heal.
Echo > Verdant Embrace is omega heals on 14 second cooldown.

This has happened to me several times. There will be times when I cast it on someone and the spell will heal but they won’t get the buff and I’ll have to cast it again using a second essence.
Bingo. Happens to me about 50/50. And it never does anything to the “druid-like, sprout AOE heal that I forgot the name of”. Only Living Flame, EVER gets the double cast, randomly.
Echo to reversion works awesome. It will add two reversions to the single target or if I reversion someone else will add a reversion to my echo target. Really good healing on demand reactive healing.

Mmmm I wish living flame wasnt such a ridiculously long cast time. For lackluster dps or heals.

in raid i notice Echo can be consumed by Emerald Blossom and Fluttering Seedlings

I do well working with echo.
This is the biggest problem I’ve seen so far, it can easily get consumed by a tiny little heal while you’re in the middle of casting the giant one.

Echo was falling off for me last week. It appears to be working now, and staying on my targets.
The issue your running into is other heals like bloom are hitting your echo target and echo doubles that heal even if it’s a random jump.

I have never had this happen 
I’ve found casting Living Flame after lobbing a Temporal Anomaly with the echo talent pretty much guarantees at least one essence burst. Could be useful for light triage into one or two free emerald blossoms.
Emerald Blossom is almost always a better use of Essence…but if someone is taking heavy damage Echo can come in clutch.
Yeah i’ve just been using echo to double down on a single target. We’re exceptional at aoe healing, emerald blossom can very easily become 2-3 emerald blossoms per-cast. But single target spot healing is a struggle. Echo helps a bit awkwardly, but its something.
One big thing i dont see people mention.
Dispel
You can echo, then dispel a second player, dispelling both.

I am having Echo “fail” 50/50 just standing in Org and tossing it on a random person then hitting them with a heal. I have never seen it double an Emerald Blossom, only Living Flame, and only ~50% of the time.
Yup even with the 1 min cd dispel. Really love this mechanic
